Recent ga naku light ga lower back pain vasthundi. Nidra lechi napudu konchem light ga vunthundi. konni streches chestha but office ki ragane kurchoni vuntamu ga. evening kalla malli vasthundi

 

Any suggestions to cure.

sleep on floor for a few days bro.. if it is still painful, get physio soon.. adjust your posture in office seat and monitor height.
