Iam from AP. I just want to know the difference between these states. What made Tamilnadu be one of the best states(if not the best) in India ?  What are the the things which AP/TG need to learn from TN ?

The question is not how Tamils have achieved more than Telugus have (nobody can quantify that).

 

Tamils have organised their society in a fairer way compared to Telugus. How Tamils behave with others is immaterial.

That there exists a TDP party, with loudest supporters from its caste members is the worst thing about AP.

 

I remember my colleague remarking that AP is just a glorified Bihar politics wise. and he was from karnataka.

yeah, poor people can't access private hospitals. even though the care provided in public hospitals is below par.

 

next thing, you'll say those poor people are lazy and unambitious, and hence they don't deserve quality care.
