legally speaking after H1 is revoked there is no grace period to stay here. So vunna two options entante ventane vere employer to h1 transfer...or go india and then h1 transfer and come back with old visa but new I-797A with new employer.

REVOKED ani unte...contact attorney immediately to find options..ikada vallu cheppe answers ki u will get confused...

 

as I know, revoke cheste he needs to file another h1 (like a new petiotion but not comes under cap) ..visa undi kabattii, he needs to go out and get i94
