This is to inform about the nonrenewal of XXX contract with YYY. He is being nonrenewed because of budget redirection and his present contract will be ending on Friday, May 1st, 2015 and the last day of the employment at YYYwill be 05/01/2015.
 

Please inform XXX to return the following company property that is in possession on May 1st, 2015: a laptop computer; a widescreen monitor; a keyboard, mouse for the computer; and fob key. He can return the identification badge on the last day of employment.  

 

Failure to return the YYY property will delay in the payments.
