That is debatable, good or bad court is there to prosecute and police brute force is bad for any democracy and mainly like ours since we have surrendered right to carry weapons and gave the duty to police to protect us unlike US where people still hold that right, investigate to the roots and book all the biggies invloved and this killing of 20 will not solve the problem. . There are another 500 million more in India there that will do anything for hunger/food.
