nenu daily picke or pappu - which is not fresh may be a day old tintunnanu with rice

 

even rice made in rice cooker

 

pickle also which is kept in fridge

 

so, any problems vasthaya?

troll question ayina answer isthunna.... sarigga diet lekunte health problems vasthayi body ki resistance sudden ga break avacchu.

 

diet ante.. india lo inni years ga unna diet maintain cheyyadaniki try cheyyali, food fresh or saddiga ani kaadu but same amounts lo proteins, vitamins etc etc. Okkokka manishi oka sakanga problems ravacchu like ulcer,acidity,migrane,cholestrol, BP,sugar,eyesight,nervre problems etc etc...

nenu just came here 4 months back

still looking for part time work

but anthe ledu annnaayyyya ikkada

i am fully dependent

i have no car

no phone

no laptop so fat

came to US 4 months back only

still looking for parttime jobs annnaaayyya

defnt neeku immunity issues vasthaaayee future lo.... atleast take multivitamins everyday to cover your unfeeded vitamins

 

masters lo unnappudu andhaaru padda kastaale ivvvani.... so relax now and future lo once u graduate and get job things will settle
