Just because Fed prints out money, it won't cause hyperinflation. Because Fed doesn't infuse this cash into the local economy.

 

Only if banks start lending indiscriminately, which they may, there's a chance for hyperinflation. Because its getting harder for the banks to just keep all that extra cash without being able to generate any kind of profit with it.

 

But since this is political. Govt won't let the banks do that. What there will be, is an asset inflation, and a blowout. In stocks, especially.

 

The guy who said there'll be hyperinflation, shouldn't call himself an economist. or may be he stopped keeping up with modern monetary practices, and still reads Ayn Rand, and Austrian BS.
