1/4th cup of rice lo starch untundi ani chusutunnar kaani...

 

ade 1/4th cup of rice lo ~7gms protien undi ani chudatam le..

 

Qunioa 1/4th cup lo 13gms pro unte...obvious rice qunioa kanna double tintam manam..just more cal ante teda...

 

workout cheste edaina karigipoddi.. 

 

 

all this brown rice/quinoa/  etc is jus fashion stmt...
