Personal Loan In India To Buy A Property?

Did any one of you applied / availed personal loan in INDIA from US?

 

Did those banks accept your current ( US) pay slips?

 

I am FT employee in US, so wanna know the procedure .... Calling all DB guys ...

*Documents required for loan sanctioning are*:
1. Photostat copies of all pages ( including blank pages) of Valid
Passport /Visa (H1B) /Work permit Document/Green card.
2. Driving License
3. Latest 4 months salary slips
4. Latest 2yrs -W2 forms/1040 Tax returns
5. Educational Qualification Certificate ( post graduation or
professional )
6. Latest 6 months bank statement of salary credits(kindly highlight the
salary credits in the statement)
7. Proof for employment more than 1 year required. ( appointment letter/
letter from HR,If applicable)
8. Employer letter confirming details/Appointment letter of Current
Company/increment letter .
9. Previous employment proof if employment in current company is less
than a year
10. Domestic NRE latest bank statement for 6 months (If available)
11. Latest Credit Report ( Either from Equifax,Transunion or Experian or you can download from www.freecreditreport.com)
12. Send the General Information from official mail id .
GPA (General Power of Attorney)should be given by both Applicant and co
applicant in favour of one of the blood relative residing in Hyderabad,get it notarised over there and send the original.

i) Property Documents
1. Sale deed
2. Link documents and EC (Encumbrance certificate) for 20 years.
3. Sanction Plan of property
4. Property Tax receipt

yeah..they will calculate based on form 16 n pay stubs and give u some range

I think my requirement would also come into the same bracket, but for my indian salary I may get max upto 10 Laks ( MAXXXX)

 

but I am looking for more than 15... So will they accept my current PAY and give more loan :) ?
