Nenu panichestunna client ki no lunch time is paid...either i should come early to cover that 30 mins (basically lunch) or add only 7.5 hrs in timesheet. Dr appts etc etc are also loss of pay

Office lo unnantha sepu u can enter in time sheet. Maku card swipe is recorded and it should match time sheet. Nenu pure development project. Manager cheppinappude OT cheyali to complete work i cannot just enter OT. 

 

I am working in a very fast paced project where i am expected to do 12 hrs work in 8 hrs. Every day racing speed lo coding so antha situation or chance ledu to enter 15 mins also without working. 

 

I think retail projects are like this or may be just this client.

Contractor aithe 40 hr's/week ee timecard approve chestharu.

Maa employer also only 37.5hrs per week, but dint matter to me as I am fulltime, bayata 40hrs badulu ikkada 37.5 hr's pani chesthe chalu irrespective of lunch break

Cheppu I learned a lot.. But found an opportunity which I want to pursue so notice isthunna ani.. That's good enough #KATHARCARE
