bro entha worst situation ayina loans nd cc's ki jus min payments untai kada avi chesei... proj undi antunav so nee exp atleast 4k ayina raava nelaki.... it should be sufficient to run a family... ika proj ayipothundi antunav kabati better ippatnunche vethuko vachesthundi... apt lease antava oka vella worst case lo mana desis basements rent ki istharu try for those things... mee employer ni oka 5k advance adugu and nu malli 1-2 months lo stable ayyaka nelaki 500$ cut chesukomanu... bayapadaku ilanti time lone dare ga decisions thesukovali...

konni clients chesthay but vaallu crediti check chesedi nuvvu financial frauds emanna chesav emo ani chudataniki ( related to insider trading , other financial malpractices in the company ) ......., defaulting on ur payments is not the same as financial fraud ...

 

so thats none of their concern , neeku em problem undadu even though they do a credit check .... 

 

apartments lease ki aithe pakka it matters , most of them will be ok with it or else deposit kattichukuni the'll give u , not really a big deal if u ask me ....
