I140 approve ayyaka enni months tarvatha employer change avvochu, H1 transfer vere employer ki chesukunnaka mana priority date ela lock avutundi, patha employer revoke cheyada adi? Seniors experienced ppl please suggest

i140  approve ayyaka.  new emplyer ki  any time change avvochu.. Again u have to apply labr and i140.. priority date remains same antaru

180 days tharvatha evaru em peekaleru balayya. Even employer cant revoke tour I-140 after 6months, if you have good relationship with your current employer then you can transfer your H1 any time. if not wait for 180 days

new employer tho malli labor file cheyali but your priority date remains the same but everything first nundi start cheyali.

I would suggest wait till Sept there are chances of I-140 EAD approval in Sept, if you cant then transfer petuko
