180 days tharvatha evaru em peekaleru balayya. Even employer cant revoke tour I-140 after 6months, if you have good relationship with your current employer then you can transfer your H1 any time. if not wait for 180 days
new employer tho malli labor file cheyali but your priority date remains the same but everything first nundi start cheyali.
I would suggest wait till Sept there are chances of I-140 EAD approval in Sept, if you cant then transfer petuko

mostly avvadu but talk to your advocate of new employer, I am not positive on this - The new employer will have to start the GC process right from scratch again. However if you have a copy of your previous I-140 approval notice, then you can port the priority date to file form I-485.

Small question.. recently my I-140 got approved in Feb 2015 and my employer received all documents from USCIS.

but as per Company policy they cannot give I-140 copy annaru. Reason for change - My employer has become adamant. He is neither increasing my salary if if rate is more and saying he compensating for health insurance increase (bachelor to family insurance) and for greencard processing cost. He indirectly said if you want to leave company he doesnt care. & constant moving.

Situation: This is my 5th year on H1B, was literally waiting for 140 approval after that i can change to full time or main vendors.

fedup with constant moving every 6 months & 1 year, bachelor life ok but not now. I recently go a full time opportunity but Client said he start my green card processing after 1 year.

Ques1: Wat will happen if i leave this company in 5th or 6th years. Should i leave USA for 1 year(7 years condition edo undi anta ga) ?? or as my previous company I-140 is approved i can get 3 years extension on that basis for on new future company.

Ques2: My current company policy is they cannot provide me my approved 1-140 copy or original to me. If the future company asks me copy of approved i-140 ??

Need some light on this... Thanks in advance

You can stay beyond 6 years.
