eat fish, pulsus and fruits.. that will compensate alot..

 

and for hydration since it is summer.. drink lot of cocnut drink.. you will find them in costco or any local grocery store .. 1$ a can.

and dont forget to excercise.. lot of body toxins need to sweat out.. so please excercise as much as you can.. until you sweat out entirely

the main reason for the over weight and fatigue for most of  the IT folks is because of defeciency in vitamin b12
