because CPM is/was a national level party, with infra and networks in almost all states. unlike BSP.

 

I only wish CPM suddenly becomes a dalit pro party. but obviously its against its lofty and meaningless ideals.

dalits fight against each other. BSP united them, but was unable to protect dalits in south India, especially in TN, where they are treated like crap.
