I dont think you have enough knowledge on reservation system to continue this argument.. For that fact I dont even think you have any material examples other than assumptions to show your opinion.!

Anthenduku I have my friend brahmin she is struggling to get job in to bank or at least hr..she finished commerce with 75 percentage ..took 3 years to get job that pays her 35k ..

Same time my other friend girl from st was able to get in to vijaya bank..62%.. Overseas bank... With descent allowances.. Pay of 22 k ..in same town ..not city..and able to enjoy the benefits of 9 to 5 as cashier..

Repu promotion test vundhi..andulo kooda tanaki quota reservation.. She can jump up to 35 k salary as officer..

Union leader kooda st eh..he will recommend nearest place in case she gets transfered...


My other brahmin friend papam entha score chesina she couldn't able to get the job in bank..because opening for OCS are 10% compared to sc st BC.. She has ten times more competition than if she is BC or sc st..

You are right. I don't have any friends who I envy because they got better positions than I did, because none of my friends qualified for any kind of reservation, including me.

 

Inspite of that, one of them is in customs, one in IFS, bunch of them as doctors, almost everybody else as engineers.

 

I don't understand when you say OCs have to fight for 10% of the seats when the reservation candidates easily settle into the 90%. Is that a real figure?

 

because even in TamilNadu, where reservation is rampant, OCs have 33% left after the reservation quota is filled. And even to this day, the top docs in TN govt hospitals are brahmins, and Xians.

 

The issue here is not reservation at all. The issue is the slow expansion of private sector where OCs can compete with others on level terms.

 

That BCs, SCs with cars and bungalows have cornered most of the reservation seats is a charge that hasn't been proved with any kind of data, except anecdotal ones, like yours.

 

I agree that the reservation system needs overhaul, but don't think OCs have any stake or say in what kind of overhaul is needed for it.

I actively look for government job postings for engineering students in my college group for juniors who are looking for employment desperately..I go through every news paper including praja shakthi..

Please please..for the love of god..if you find any opening for OC students ..at least 50 openings for a government body and a respectable post forward links here..that will benefit a lot..otherwise it will just end up as another conversation..please help.me and provide the job opening where OC engineering passedouts can apply..please help me out

If you dont provide me with valid job openings that will help youth of today and capture your entire argument to light..
your entire conversation doesn't hold any soil and it is obviously not only waste of my time..your time too!!

Why you keep calling my examples as anecdotes when they r real life suffering.. And did you took some time reading the cutoff eligibility to enter IIT..? Do you see how much is the mark for each sect??

Please either show the job openings for oc that count at least 25% that today youth can apply ..these postings must be of federal or government..not private..mind it..
