I donno whats the ground reality but what i understand is :Government needs to assure Land Owners AKA Farmers indeed, about Compensation and rehabilitation facilities.  Opposition has just made the case Worst by invoking Choas about the whole Land Acquisition bill.  I don't thinkg it will pass in RS..
