Bro it is not 140 Date as Priority Date... Priority date is the labor Filing date or the date when USCIS receives your intent of Immigration..

 

In Short PD is Labor file chesina day.. if that date becomes current and your 140 is approved then 485 + EAD+ Advance Parole apply cheyyochu...

 

As per EO they are going to shift the flag post to 1-140 approved.. so if you 140 is approved you can apply for EAD+ AP.. This rule is in pending right now

Procedure same undadu like Client letter etc.. but yes renewal cheyinchali.. they won't give you 3 yrs EAD.. Min 2 ani ankuntunna.. Intially one year..
