The Supreme Court of India today dismissed the petition of the representatives of the owners of private passenger bus and goods carriers, who challenged the imposition of an entry tax by the Telangana government on vehicles coming in from Andhra Pradesh. The court said that a petition on the same issue has already bee filed before the state High Court. The court said the HC will deliver a judgement in the case. Further, the SC has directed the High Court to speed up the process over the issue
