naaku kuda same ayyindhi few years back.. reason enti ante I didnt pay VA property tax ( car ki kuda kattali anta if car registered in VA). Ala pay cheyyalani naaku aithe asal thelidhu  all of a sudden naaa BOFA account balance antha zero ayiindhi.. BOFA ki call chesthe we got orders from department of motor vehicles to freeze account ani..if u want to unfreeze pay the money to motor vehicles ani annadhi..

 

inka asal naaku evvadu inform cheyyaledhu ani gattiga aduguthe we sent couple of letters to your car registered address u didnt check mail box its your problem ani saaale gaaadu $350 kosam account motham freeze cheppinchaaadu...

 

pay chesaaka with in few hours account unlock ayyi naa money naaaku vachaayee

 

 

so neee problem can be related any unpaid fee to govt agencies..so call BOFA asap and pay off

aaa time lo nenu  NC lo unde but car registered in VA and having VA license plates for 6 months..so aaa 6 months I have to pay property tax 

 

 

aaa AR 11 form lo previous address aduguthundhiii...even though correct ichinaaaaa we couldnt process antundhiii .. so nenu always address change aithe USPS, DL , car registration and mosltly anni change chesesthaa..so be safe side
