Ee short span lo vere employers GC file chestara? What are the alternatives,Please suggest.

sunny_ics123 Posted April 23, 2015 Report Posted April 23, 2015 If he apply in June 2015 and PERM approve before his H1 expiry then he will get 1 year extension until his I140 approval. Once I140 approve he will get 3 yrs externsion. My suggestion will be, apply as soon as possible and once PERM approve , apply I140 in perimum to get 3 yrs extension before his H1 expiry.
