You have good enough budget to run the government in full salaries..

last point ki response - A man who single handedly made the centre promise the Telangana state in 2009 December, only to be backtracked by the centre within weeks and after a stuggle of 12 years achived what his party and himself stood for - A separate Telangana State , is worthy enough to be sitting in a CM chair no questions asked at least for 1 terms..
