Credit Dispute Options

I went to a car dealer and asked to make only 1 hard check however he made 8 unauthorized transactions. We had an argument about the credit checks. I told him I want credit checks to be removed. He gave a letter to whom so ever it is concerned to remove the credit checks from below creditors ani. I was expecting him to call creditors(banks) to remove that from the credit bureau but he said he cannot do that.

what are my options now?

Should I call a lawyer about this and sue him. If so how much does it cost for the lawyer I am not ready to pay money but he can take half of what you get after suing. I think u will 1000$ for each report that is what i read online.

any other options??> pls help

car dealer daggara credit checks chesthe finance approve avuthane paduthadi ani last time chepparu.. maa frnd ki 4 delaers chesaru ala.. but only 1 is showing in the account
