Its very expensive and u need a professional to operate steadicam..

a steadicam costs abt 100 bucks , we used it in one of our friends sangeet recently , the quality of video u get with it is really good  , i guess its a worthy investment for seasoned film makers .... but again to each his own ..

yeah im talking about video stabilizers , i was thinking that the're all called as steadicams in general  ,  look at my first comment ... anyways , those normal video stabilazers should work just fine, the're all based on the same simple concept ,
