Supreme Court has put the onus back on Karnataka HC to decide on her appeal. It refused to rehear the appeal. the appointment of public prosecutor is already declared as unauthorized by the SC, and now the Kar HC is supposed to decide on this complicated case, without any assistance from prosecution.

 

In all likelihood, she'll be acquitted of all the charges in about a couple of weeks.
