Balibabu Posted April 28, 2015 Report Posted April 28, 2015 Me eating 5 times in a day.... 1. 8:30 Am Morning cereals, milk, tea 2. 12 pm Complete and nice sald with some nuts. 3. 3 Pm: Peanut butter with 2 bread slices and Honey with 2 slices and one fruit(Orange today) 4. 6 Pm: 6 White Eggs Sandwich/Turkey Sandwich 5. 9:30 pm: Chicken/Fish with little rice, sambar and curd side. No junk food like chips, popcorn, pizzas, soft drinks....etc
