baa 2 months bench ante company enduku bharistundi man manalni, usually more than 2 months bench unte eh good firm aina fire chestaru, becuz u r not worth it for the firm, but clientele chala baaguntadi tella vendors ki, like inko 1 month lo job potundi anaga vendor gaadu interviews arrange chestaru, u ll never have a chance of something like a 2 month window unless there is a recession or something.ATB

yes baa and also neeku oka 1 month before ur contract ends cheptaru due to direct client and vendor relation, so neeku ala chooskunte 3 months window untadi.

Don't do that man. They will run payroll on bench but bench period is only 2 - 4 weeks max. Then if you don't get placed for what ever reason you are fired.

I think you should make the terms clear with them. Naa old client lo konta mandi randstand nunchi unnaru. They have decent experience with him. Okallu 2 months max bench time ani annaru. Inkokallu 3 months ani annaru. I personally suggest trying to find a good employer if you are confident in marketing yourself. Kaani Randstand marketing string gaa ne untundi.

Yeah. I will check about their bench time policy. Market and client base baane undi. It's not that I am scared of getting another contract without bench but konni situations lo leave type teeskunte... alantivi  consider chesi .. offer chusta ankuntunna!
