They claim the DHS/USCIS does not statutory authority to enact such rule and asks the court to declare the H-4 EAD rule is invalid. They also ask the court to issue a permanent injunction to prohibit implementation of this regulation. They also filed a motion for preliminary injunction to stop implementation of this rule. Interesting! See Save Jobs USA v. DHS, Civil Action No. 1:15-cv-615, United States District for District of Columbia, April 23, 2015. The chance for this motion and lawsuit is dubious, but H-4 EAD stakeholders should be aware of this development involving anti-foreign worker forces activities.
