tucker Posted April 28, 2015 Report Posted April 28, 2015 A lawsuit has been filed against DHS (Dept. of Homeland Security) by “Save Jobs USA” group on April 23rd, 2015 to stop H4 EAD rule. “Save Jobs USA” is a group of computer workers who are ex-employees of Southern California Edison whose jobs were replace by H-1B workers. They formed Save Jobs USA group to address the issues American workers face from foreign labor entering the United States job market through various visa programs. Unless the court issues a priliminary injuction to stop implementation of this rule, the H4 EAD rule will still go into effect on May 26th.This motion is highly unlikely to succeed in the court.
