manjunath455 Posted April 29, 2015 Report Posted April 29, 2015 YSR Congress party leader Prasad Reddy has lost his life in a brutal attack by his opponents earlier today. The opponents have killed him at the Tahsildar office in Raptadu, Anantapur district. Minister Paritala Sunitha representing the Raptadu constituency. More than ten persons have come with the weapons and killed the YSRCP leader. The police are seriously investigating the case and are on a look out for the murderers. Prasad Reddy was known for his faction backdrop & was the prime suspect in the murder case of TDP leaders like Ramachandra, Chalapati and Venkata Narayana that took place in 2004 [under Congress ruling]. With TDP coming into power now, Prasad Reddy was always suspicious of attacks on him and has even approached the Police for protection. This was the 2nd faction murder recorded in Anantapur district in last one month. At a time when all the faction groups are looking for compromise, this new murder shocked everyone. The local politicians have expressed their dissent over the current happenings
