Other easy option would be..

Aa column excel lo copy paste chey.. Pakkana column lo comma petti kindhiki drag chey..

Now concatenate both column using formula
Concatenate(A1,",",B1) then enter

Drag it all the way down..

Copy paste now in text pad..

simple man.. with regular expression   replace       replace    $    with    ,

ee feature untadhi rectangualr selection ..    notepad++ lo aithe   ALT  ni hold chesi you can drag down.. and type chesindhi anni rows lo enter avuthadi.. search the same for textpad.. and aa ammayi manasu ni geluchuko
