When we as India, don't protect fellow indians rights, how can u expect the opressed to be loyal to the country?

It sounds good in theory about protecting rights but Sri Lanka is a independent nation and we can't interfere knowing our history of RAW encouraging LTTE against Srilankan forces and then Rajiv Gandhi sending IPKF to crush the same LTTE they funded. So its nothing to do with protecting people its more about playing dirty politics for their own survival.
