afuser Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 The District Court Calendar of May 2015 does not show scheduling of H-4 EAD lawsuit hearing for the month of May 2015, at least as of now. The concern for H-4 EAD applicants involves preliminary injunction motion to stop implementation of the H-4 EAD rule beginning from 05/26/2015, pending the hearings for the merits of the lawsuit, but as of now, it is not in the radar for court hearing schedules. It is doubful whether the court will take such motion as an emergency motion.
