Pet Dog Final Stages, Hyderabad, Need Help

Desham lo oka pet dog undhi, he is 17 years old now and now my parents can sense symptoms that he is not going to make it another day. So any centers which can euthanize him since he is in pain in final stage. Koncham urgent bhayya's. Genuine answers ivvandi. Will blue cross do that? Any other options?
