Labor ki you don't technically need the exp letter. i-140 ki kavali. Kani attorneys kondaru as for that just to keep track all of all docs in one go before labor filing. So totally subjective

Thanks for clarity. India lo 7 yrs back oka 6 months exp pettina. Idhi pake eh, andulo ma friend pani chesadu consulting company lo, vadini suprvisor ga pettina and vadi num icha. Emina pay stubs ala adugutara or just call chestara.

Exp letter should work always. India lo employers ki call cheyyaru usually. Worst case RFE padite pay stubs adagochhu. Very rare scenario though

Alternative is there don't worry. IF you know any of the employees who worked with same mesthri. Take affidavit letter mentioning your experience, designation, roles and responsibiities and get it notarized thats it. This works more than original expr. letter.
