Applied for H1b Extension-Received RFE(first)-Responded to it and upgraded to Premium Processing-Received RFE(Second)-Now, the case status shows - "...a decision will be mailed on or before june 25th unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed" 1. If it is premium processing- should I not get an update in 15 calender after responding to RFE. 2. What is the interview and why is it needed?? Second RFE enduko teliyadhu inka..first rfe - perm active ga undha ledha ani 365 days rule.... evarikanna telisthe please advice... Nenu direct FT..so, no issues with company...

That will come into picture only during h1 interview but now the system(from march 2015) has changed they want to check everything before approving H1 petition so I am not sure what exactly they mean by this LTT for experts

First of all naadhi premium processing Danniki mali 60 days time a. Aa status lo they said they will request us if they need something from us...
