Sewdish/scandinavian has an exemplary taste for minimalistic design and their designs are superb. Google Swedish or scandinaviandesign and see that comes up.

Secondly they are mass producers/manufacturers , their is scale is very bigger than you can imagine, even if they number one in the world I am not suprised. There prices are dirt cheap and they are like Walmart of furniture. They are a $50 billion dollar company. Also they said they source local hand handicrafts and furniture. 

Thirdly this is also a business center aka head quarters for their further operations in India from logistics to IT to management will run from here apart from the retail unit.

McDonalds , KFC , Starbucks vaallu free ga land ivvali ani expect cheyakudadu kada to open their franchises , they have to buy their own property at market rates if they wanna open a franchise kada..... idi kuda same , i dont understand why this is being hyped up as such a big deal .... but still its good to know that the going land rates are so high in hyderabad surroundings ....
