6 Months Back Points On Driving Lic

is there anyway to remove the points(over speeding) that i got 6 months back? called bmv they gave some driving school #'s..

I called them they said they need approval from court..since it is weekend i am unable to get hold of court. Is is realistic that they can give the letter now?
