pjung88 Posted May 3, 2015 Author Report Posted May 3, 2015 oka doubt…..I 140 vachi kuda h1 reject aynavallu untaraA?? Imo,It is possible...
pjung88 Posted May 3, 2015 Author Report Posted May 3, 2015 Even though you file in premium but in some cases they will take more time in processing the application....like yours. They have a right and they can over ride your premium request even if you pay your premium fee.... so you need not to bother them until they come back to you. Hmm... have seen any cases that took more 15 days... murthy attorney adigithe..they said within 10 days after receiving rfe they should respond annaru...
pjung88 Posted May 3, 2015 Author Report Posted May 3, 2015 sometimes, it might take more time based on the response provided by employer and case officer. Ideally speaking you should get a response with in 2 weeks, but there are cases of premium processing that were taking quite sometime. Don't worry Bro, everything should be fine... Ok. Oka hypothetical question.. Ante naa present i94 expires in 10 days ..veelu ee decision june 15th cheppi, h1 deny chesthe..I know I have to leave immediatley but after i94 expiration till june 15th naa status emiti... out of status..I know.I can work since h1 is in processing but after h1 denied..how is the time considered as??
Peter123 Posted May 3, 2015 Report Posted May 3, 2015 no matter how many time they asked for rfe, if you did it in premium you must get the decision in 15 days,

Adhe confusing ga undhi...intially they applied in regular..first rfe padinappudu..they updated to premium and responded to rfe..my hr forward me the email that came from vermont Premium Processing center...after a day they RFE'd(second time)...company responded immediately because the case status in next day changed "rfe response received" along with matter I posted in the first post.. I know the case was upgraded to premium after first rfe, my manager told me, attorney emailed me and hr even forwarded the.email he got from vermonth premium processing.
