Ok. Did the case explicitly state " it will be considered as regular case....."

Naa case lo..it said " a decision or update on the case will be provided on or before june 23rd,2015...."
June 23rd is 60 days since rfe response was received by Uscis.

 

Yes, ma cousin USCIS case status lo update pettadu but they haven't mentioned any date as like you.... and he got approved with no other issues... I wish good luck to you!!
