yep agreed some valid points but moving completely out of HYD is out of question since the industry is controlled by few biggies(studio owners) who has deep business interests and most techincians will be unwilling to move since they got fully settled here(family and emotional sense) . what would happen I think is Amaravati would be developed as second option with some biggies like Ragavendra Rao, Murali Mphan getting lands to built studios there.
