tom bhayya Posted May 4, 2015 Report Posted May 4, 2015 Though, they normally happen simultaneouly, AOS (I-485) and EAD (I-765)...both different kada.... When they say, EAD for approved 140, I thought they specifically allow to apply for 765. Where as, AOS is for gc adjustment of status.ya different but they wanted to prevent adjustment this way so that you don't have to start the whole process again. Whole purpose of any ead is adhey kadha it's like stop gap between statuses :D
