Visa Drop Box Doubt

If I am applying for an H or L (individual) visa, my prior visa in the same classification with the same petitioner is still valid or expired within the last 12 months.

 

this is visa on passport kada not 797 petition??

simple thing man..

 

lets say..u have stamping for H1  and it expired in May 2014.  You cannot go dropbox in May 2015 ..

 

endukante previous stamping is expired one year ago....

 

considering same employer h1

So april 2015 varaki i will be eligible for drop box even if im with same employer.

simple thing man..
