Help -- Transit Visa Uk

I am travelling to india through London .i hold a valid H1b stamping on my passport.do i need to apply for a transit / any kind of visa if i have to change flights in london. 
please help

Uk has worst rule... Terminal change ki u need visa.. But valid us visa stamp unna chaala

Valid F1 stamp unna ok na?

 

I am on H1b .....stamping ledu....but f1 stamping still valid.
