Vallu plan chesindi kuda 5-6 floors ee which is perfectly fine and I don't think the plan has gine to that extent of securing permissions. secretariat or not, they will move out the chest hospital for sure. Byson grounds is better if location is concerned because of connectivity but I doubt if military will let it go and eventually the plan will come back to erragadda again.

The Union defence minister responded positively for the proposal, when we wanted 60 acres of Gymkhana and Bison Polo ground lands for construction of the Secretariat,” TRS MP AP Jitender Reddy told reporters later. The chief minister decided to abandon the present Secretariat building and decided to construct a new building at the Chest Hospital in Erragadda. The State Cabinet already sanctioned `100 crore for the construction of integrated Secretariat, which houses all the departments, HODs and officers quarters.

However, the chief minister reportedly changed his mind later and decided to construct the Secretariat in Secunderabad.

This was mainly because Erragadda comes under flying zone as it was under the vicinity of Begumpet airport.

The Telangana government is looking for an alternative to shift the Secretariat as the original plan to construct the premises at the Chest Hospital at Erragadda was not feasible as the hospital is located in the prohibited zone of Begumpet airport for high-rise constructions. Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao urged the Centre to allocate 60-acre of Bison polo ground at Bolarum for relocating the Secretariat of Telangana at his meeting with Defence Minister Manohar Parrikarin New Delhi on Thursday.

This is neither an approval or confirmation in anyway that the military has approved it, KCR had just requested it and the minister said he will look into it and that doesn't mean anything. TRS MP Jithender Redyy just stated the same but some of the press assumed it as an approval.

Again this us a speculation by press and greatly exaggerated. Only issue now is the erraagdda building is litigation as a hertigae building and high court has constituted a committee lookin into it.
