help me Currently In Opt - H1B Approved - Travel Suggestion

ee month end  india travel undhi . nenu OPT lo unna and naa H1 approve ayyindhi..details kinda unnayii... ee situation lo INDIA vellavachha.... attorney ni adigithe vellavachu but risk undhi since nee H1b approved kabbati annadu...ikkada evarikanna telisthe chepandhi...

 

1. I am currently on First OPT which expires on June 10th,2015.
2. My H1b is approved from 1st October 2015.
3. My Opt extension is approved and starts from June 11th 2015.
4. My trip is from May 28rd, 2015 to June 18th,2015.
5. I work FT.

Please evarikanna telisthe cheppandi... ee situation lo vellavacha...trip urgency ledhu kani checking if it worth the risk.....

Thank you all..attorney emi annadu ante...issue is not with OPT but change of status(COS) to h1b..since it is approved, if you come back on f1 visa , CBP officer MAY revoke f1 status and ask you to comeback with h1 visa....
