Itla 2 differnt status (f1 k h1) kosam uscis ki same time lo apply chesthe . Last e petition approve aithe a petition status untadi ani Vinna . Not sure .nenu Vinna case , candidate on f1 applied for both (h1 and h4) . First h1 came then h4 came . So latest was h4

Opt extension feb lo apply chesa ee roju vachindhi...attorney april lo h1 apply chesi..3 days back approved anni chepadu

naaku telisi -- it applies for h4 to h1 -- i heard about it too...

 

for opt extension - since h1b comes into effect after october 1st, opt will automatically cancel anni  vinna.
