Read somewhere that the opposition party was vehemently against the privatization and uptick of engg and med seats back during early-mid '90s proposed by the govt under NJR leading to prospective grads heading to TN, Karnataka, and Kerala, and later when things flipped, pursued the same and increased number of private colleges quite a bit.Then when YSCP took helm, this reached the peaks of what it is currently with untoward approvals and deserted colleges. Is this correct?

Okay, good to know..as far as I know it took speed under SBN rule be it timing, luck or administrative capability.
