RFE Submission last date ki 2 days mundu attorney supporting docs FAX chesanu annadu. Documents pampinchi 8 days paine ayyindhi.. inka Case status.. documents received ani maraledu.. Attorney gadu ninna friday immgi. vallaki call chesthey.. monday lopu status change kakapothey call us back annadu. Anyone faced these type of situation before.. koncham tense ga vundi.

Feb lo job maranu.. appudu apply chesina 8 days ki RFE padindi.. Client docs kavali ani.. may 1st week daka time icchadu.. Anni documents April 1st week vacchayi.. but attorneys late chesi.. respond time ki 1 day mundu documents fax chesaru anta.. Documents pampinchi.. almost 5 working days ayyayi.. Received documents ani status maraledu.. and last date to respond kooda cross ayyindi. Adey tension naaku ippudu
ICANWIN Posted May 9, 2015 Report Posted May 9, 2015 fax chesara? mail cheyaleda? i never heard about faxing man...not to scare you....actually last date roju mail post chesina chalu reach kakapoyina its okay..ala na extension ki pampanu expiry date na docs to uscis which reached after expiry... 5 days aey kada and week end vachindi ...wait for 2-3 days... Fax ento naku doubt man...naku telisi mail chestaru..adento mi employer ni kanukko...

Fax ento naku doubt man...naku telisi mail chestaru..adento mi employer ni kanukko... Oh Okay. Ante AARFEEE document lo either we can fax or mail the documents ani vuntundhi.. May 1st na aithey Attorney reply chesanu ani mail pettindhi.. May 4 is the last date to reply. Later i asked her tracking number.. HR replied back mentioning that they sent via FAX.

So vallu fedex cheyyamannaru.. Attorney sent in fedex overnight.. and ivvala afternoon ki status update ayyindi.. Documents received ani.. waiting for the final approval now.
