Pillodi la maatladaku. First know about RTI..and how and when it is enacted as your basic right to get the info. Earlier it was not the case...even if you go to court u wouldn't get in the past. Now, If you think that you have valid reason, ask them (RTI office)..they will provide if they think that there is no harm to national security or integrity and etc. If you are not still satisfied of their explanation go to the court.
